Thank you for shopping with Sigma Graphics. We work hard to process, prepare, and ship every order as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Most ready-made products are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
Custom products, personalized items, apparel, DTF transfers, signs, banners, and special production orders may require additional processing time depending on the order details, quantity, artwork approval, and current workload.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Custom Orders and Production Time
Because many Sigma Graphics products are custom-made or produced after the order is placed, production times may vary.
Custom orders may require artwork review, design approval, material preparation, printing, finishing, and quality checking before they are ready for pickup or shipment.
If your order has a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether the timeline is possible.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Larger items such as signs, banners, custom displays, or bulk orders may require additional shipping charges depending on packaging and carrier requirements.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on eligible orders that meet the current free shipping promotion or minimum order requirement shown on our website.
Free shipping offers may not apply to oversized items, bulk orders, custom signs, banners, special projects, or items that require special packaging.
Important: Use only one free shipping rule across the website. If the offer is free shipping over $50, make that the same everywhere. If the offer is free shipping over $150, make that the same everywhere.
Shipping Carriers
We may ship orders through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another trusted carrier depending on the item, destination, and best available shipping option.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may happen because of weather, holidays, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or other situations outside of our control.
Sigma Graphics is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped.

Local pickup is available for eligible orders at our Savannah location.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Some items may be available for pickup sooner than others depending on product type and production time.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Sigma Graphics is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sigma Graphics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package, damaged item, and shipping label so we can review the issue and assist with the next steps.
Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or has already shipped.
